Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Any activity that occurs under your PKRWin account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact PKRWin support immediately. We will investigate promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not taken by you.
PKRWin reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual access patterns or security concerns are identified, pending verification with the account holder.
PKRWin processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available methods and minimum/maximum transaction amounts are displayed in your PKRWin account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKRWin account balance as quickly as technically possible after confirmation from the payment provider. PKRWin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or other third-party payment processor.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. PKRWin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal — and where the platform determines it is necessary — you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership.

PKRWin does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — PKRWin has no control over third-party charges.
PKRWin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus on PKRWin, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
The following general principles apply to all PKRWin bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
Specific bonus terms — including minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering multiples, game contributions, and maximum bet restrictions during bonus play — are published on each individual promotion page on PKRWin. Players are encouraged to read these carefully before opting in.
All bets and wagers placed on PKRWin are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify your selection, stake, and bet type before confirming. PKRWin will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets due to player error.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition as recognised by the sport's governing body or PKRWin's data provider. In the event of disputes regarding results, PKRWin's decision — made in good faith based on available official data — is final.
Casino & Live Games: All casino and live dealer games on PKRWin operate according to published game rules available within each game. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes in real time and are not alterable by PKRWin or the player. RNG games use certified random number generators. In the event of a technical fault during a game — disconnection, software error, or data interruption — PKRWin will attempt to settle the round based on the state of the game at the point of the fault. Where settlement is not possible, the relevant wager will be voided and the stake returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKRWin. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where warranted — permanent closure with forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.
PKRWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the safety of other players, or compliance with applicable obligations.
Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion under PKRWin's Responsible Gaming framework.
Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your PKRWin account at any time by contacting support. Where a genuine balance exists at the time of closure, PKRWin will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.
Platform-initiated closure: Where PKRWin closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, PKRWin reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where closure results from a business decision unrelated to player conduct, any genuine balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
All content on the PKRWin platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, logos, images, audio, video, page layouts, and the PKRWin brand itself — is the proprietary intellectual property of PKRWin or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any PKRWin content without express written permission.
You may access PKRWin's platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any use of PKRWin's content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to building mirror sites, scraping odds data, or reproducing game content, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
PKRWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. PKRWin is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity failures, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKRWin's aggregate liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. PKRWin is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

In the event of a dispute between you and PKRWin, we encourage you to first contact our support team directly, as most disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication. PKRWin is committed to fair, transparent resolution of genuine player disputes.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of PKRWin's operating territory for final resolution.
